1. Booking Process
Prices are subject to change until the booking is finalized. Endless Journeys Travel cannot guarantee pricing or availability until payment is received and confirmed by the supplier.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the travel suppliers (e.g., airline, hotel, cruise line, resort).
Upon receiving your deposit, a confirmation email will be sent outlining the details of your booking, payment schedule, and other pertinent information.
Final payment due dates vary and MUST be met to avoid cancellation or penalties.
2. Payment Terms
Payment deadlines will be specified in your confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure timely payments.
Late, declined or failed payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay in full by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund of the deposit.
All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier. Chargebacks or disputes submited after knowingly authorizing a travel transaction may be challenged and could result in legal follow up.
3. Credit Card Authorization
An authorization form will be provided.
By providing your credit or debit card information for payment, you authorize Endless Journeys Travel and its authorized travel suppliers to charge the specified amount for your deposit, final payment, booking total, and/or any other payment for your travel expenses. Permission will be requested prior to each payment.
You acknowledge that you are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder to use the card for travel related purchases.
Charges will appear under the name of the travel supplier (e.g., airline, hotel, cruise line, resort).
4. Cancellation and Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (angel@endlessjourneys-travel.com) or through Endless Journeys Travel's official contact form.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to the policies of the cruise line, airline, or travel supplier. I cannot override supplier policies regarding non-refundable amounts or fees.
Administrative fees may be applied by Endless Journeys Travel for processing the cancellation of bookings, regardless of the travel supplier's refund terms.
5. Travel Insurance
In accordance with New York State law, I am not licensed to sell, solicit, or recommend travel insurance. I cannot advise on coverage options or assist in purhcasing travel insurance.
If you are interested in travel insurance, please consult a licensed insurance provider. The decision to purchase coverage is your responsibility.
Endless Journeys Travel is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Client due to the absence of travel insurance coverage.
6. Client Responsibilities
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all travel requirements and documentation (including valid passports, visas, health certificates, vaccinations, and any other necessary documents) are obtained prior to travel. Endless Journeys Travel is not responsible for any issues (including denied boarding or entry) resulting from missing, expired, or incorrect documentation.
Clients must arrive at departure points at the times specified by the travel supplier. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the booking without a refund.
Clients are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, and tour operators.
Clients agree to review and accept all supplier terms and conditions, including those related to cancellations, refunds, and changes. The Client is responsible for understanding all travel requirements and policies related to their itinerary.
7. Limitation of Liability
Endless Journeys Travel acts solely as an agent for cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other travel providers. We are not responsible for, and will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, accident or irregularity arising from acts or defaults of the travel suppliers.
Endless Journeys Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes to itineraries caused by weather, political events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Any disputes arising with travel suppliers should be addressed directly with the provider. Endless Journeys Travel will assist in facilitating communication where possible.
8. Errors and Omissions
Endless Journeys Travel and Angelica Coudriet strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we cannot guarantee that all details provided (whether in writing, verbally, or electronically), are free from error. We are not liable for unintentional mistakes, inaccuracies, omissions, or changes in pricing, availability, schedules, or other travel-related content. Clients are responsible for reviewing all supplier confirmations, terms, and conditions, and for verifying the accuracy of all travel documents prior to departure.
9. Changes to Itinerary or Services
Travel suppliers reserve the right to alter itineraries due to operational needs, safety concerns, or external factors. Endless Journeys Travel is not responsible for such changes.
In the event of significant changes to an itinerary, alternative arrangements will be made whenever feasible, subject to supplier policies and availability.
10. Privacy
Endless Journeys Travel respects your privacy and safeguards all personal information provided during the booking process.
Personal information will only be shared with travel suppliers as necessary to complete your booking.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from the use of Endless Journeys Travel services will be governed by the laws of New York State.
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. By using our services, the Client agrees to waive the right to a jury trial.
12. Use of Website
Unauthorized use of this website or its content may result in legal action.
No content, branding, or materials from Endless Journeys Travel may be copied or reused without written permission from Angelica Coudriet.
13. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Endless Journeys Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will take effect upon posting.
Clients are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.
14. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By using Endless Journeys Travel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
